Earth Day Community & Art Gathering

Please join us for a day honoring the earth with various activities, demos, make-and-take projects, and entertainment celebrating Earth Day.

Includes an encaustic class in the morning (register separately to reserve your space), various activities during the day, and concludes with a Reading with the Earth with special guests John Nizalowski, Western Slope Poet Laureate, Wendy Videlock, Rick Kempa, Molly Murphee and Moab author and Alaskan Wilderness guide, Michael Englehard.

This is also the opening reception for our pop-up exhibit, The Last of their Kind: Endangered and Extinct, featuring a number of local artists responding to disappearing ecosystems, places, experiences, and our companion critters.
